Where did you get this reseller? I would like to see the whole thing in context. Interesting data already though I do not agree with your assessment thus far. Fairly quick conclusion I'd say.

the probability of the CRAM detecting a microsleep in the same 15-s time window as the EEG - ranged from 0.15 to 0.71 with a mean of 0.49 (SD=0.19) among the 20 algorithms.

Really really interesting. Without the full report, it is difficult to interpret this data but on the surface I am assuming that it says that the correspondence between EEG and CRAM for microsleep within a 15 second time window ranged from 15% for the worst algorithm to 71% for the best one. Frankly that seems amazing. That is some serious sensitivity. So it is fairly easy to extrapolate that if CRAM were given 30 sec to a full minute of time or even 10 minutes, this number should go even higher. Much higher. We also need to remind ourselves that EEG though currently the gold standard, does not necessarily mean it also 100% accurately reflect the reality. Really interesting.
