I've never said QCOM was the exclusive owner of CDMA. You, however, implied QCOM will have a much more difficult time with LTE, but failed to realize they have a pretty good OFDM/MIMO patent portfolio.

BTW, you should add DoCoMo and Samsung to your list of OFDM patent holders.
