Ellismd.. I go with you. I know some say idcc will profit from 4G coming up, but as long as it has taken to get 3G's signed (50%), who knows when idcc begins to license 4G. I still say idcc hits a peak with the nokia 3G signing. Nobody's talking about the next big push after nokia in the short term. I'd be happy to hear someone come up with the next big one within 12 months of the nokia signing other than vague expectations. If phone sales begin to boom, idcc will not be participating with fixed fee. mo. .. nic

Ellis +10, and thanks for calling BS on Eyores posts - it's a necessary but apparently never ending task, kinda like having to flush every 5 minutes or so.

I can't help but notice he and his backroom buds are losing their grip, repeating last week's old ploy the day after Merritt dispelled it completely. MO
