It isn't financing as such. They are trying to make a private CD placement for the 5M. Unconfirmed reports say it's just a matter of crossing the t's and dotting the I's. FWIW, Spanish language television is already pretty widespread. They just don't have a network. Here in San Diego we receive three Spanish language stations coming out of Mexico and a "local" station of the Fox Network,(ch 6) is actually a Mexican station as well. The plan does have merit, if they can pull it off.
