Jeffrey, it is what it is and it is recurring revenue. Why does that cause you concern. It is better than what it has ever been in the past. Here is a functional operative word or 2: Repeat after me:

Let’s get the record straight! The IDCC revenues are not fixed!

1) 40% of the recurring 3G licenses are unit-based.
2) The Technology Solution revenues certainly are not fixed either!
