It's time to stop being cryptic and start being honest. What we know is that Nascar is suing Aero. What we know is that Doolittle is suing Aero.
To claim to know more that is not in the public record is untrue. IMO/FWIW
As neither lawyer could divulge anything Confidential and neither would badmouth their client ... talking to one would be a waste of time ... talking to the second would be doubly wasteful.
Sorry ... lawyers are notoriously close mouthed about cases before the courts other than the standard spiel such as ... "my client is vigorously defending this frivolous lawsuit". Aero has tried that before. Just pure fluff.
