As neither lawyer could divulge anything Confidential and neither would badmouth their client ... talking to one would be a waste of time ... talking to the second would be doubly wasteful.

Sorry ... lawyers are notoriously close mouthed about cases before the courts other than the standard spiel such as ... "my client is vigorously defending this frivolous lawsuit".
Aero has tried that before.
