Oh yeah,

52% is a landslide...LOL I totally agree, insider ownership is a must. That's why traders looks for things like f-4 buying. Heck, if the Ceo and insiders are willing to buy then they must know something. Also, we know that those shares are tied up and that's the main thing here. IMO
