It meant I had faith in the promises, and lost them. I gave up on HRCT, and no longer feel the officers of the company have the best intention of the shareholders as their focus. The huge additional share issued last time, I felt could have been used to close the deals they had in place, at that time. Instead they make new deals, and issue more shares. For what, nothing different?
