I have etrade and it was not restricted - no problem buying.

TD Ameritrade has a restriction on this stock because they "strongly believe it's in the best interests of our clients and our firm." Normally, when brokerage firms have the restriction, they lift it after you place your first order. However, on this one, at least TD Ameritrade appears to keep the restriction on it.
