40,000 square feet? Or 4,000? 40,000 is like a football field, right?

Possible typo or huge home aside, that's great if you're seeing increased business. My largest concern is that unemployment & underemployment are(primarily underemployment at this point) running rampant without any real improvement. Wealth might just be polarizing again, which is bad for the future economy. College graduates are making minimum wage; I saw a couple of my students who graduated stocking shelves at Wal*Mart last week...

Yes, the R/S brings a lot of fear to the table, regardless of how it might be explained away. If I've learned a darned thing throughout this ordeal, it's to NOT trust any company because they'll lie to save face, and care little for their shareholders. The good news is that if I can emerge from this with an overall profit, I should be an excellent trader/investor and hopefully retire before I'm 50 (hoping for sooner, but have to live in the real world!).
