Real Estate is looking better out here. On the sidelines I'm a Notary Signing Agent for Title Companies and my business is increasing. Bargain hunters are coming out now and that's a plus for the banks. There's a property near me that is 30 acres with 4,000 sq. ft. 2 level home... $300,000.

The banking industry will turn around soon enough.
I hope C cancels the RS because that's a major Short magnet.
