HCV drug combinations: Is there any company that has a well-tolerated polymerase inhibitor and protease inhibitor other than Roche?

I guess it depends on your definition of well tolerated. VRTX, via the acquisition of ViroChem, has both of these drug classes in-house. IDIX has all three main classes of HCV drugs in-house, although two of the three programs are still preclinical.
