Not if everything is done above board... The SEC used all of its power to stomp on USXP.. IMHO.. but CMKX is an honest aboveboard company with vast reserves of diamonds and .. from what I gather from an earlier poster.. we have gold and uranium... (no I dont have a link) so lets just say I heard a rumour... (wink wink)
