EXCEPT!!!....noone has said Urban is dumping shares. She comes up with an example of a company that got in trouble for dumping shares while they proclaim a naked share senario.

Hmmm... the SEC only requested 11,000 to 12,000 pages of files... why not 30,000,000 pages to make sure they could never do it...
