Nah, I'm seeing companies left and right all over the place successfully renegotiate as VBDG has done with Gottbettor. And these are companies already in default, something that VBDG most certainly is not of.
Very interesting that only the first delay resulted in warrants, but not the next two. Why would they no longer demand warrants at the same time as a potential buyout is announced?
