Aren't you pretty much all way under water right now? A buyout at a 100% premium to the current share price which would be extraordinarily generous would have you at .20/share which just locks in huge losses.
Maybe that looks good relative to the real possibility of it going to 0 but if I was a long suffering long I wouldn't be to thrilled with that as a reasonable best case scenario unless I bought all my shares yesterday.
