After reading theses 2 posts,
UC was asked about a tender offer or buyout..he stated it would not be his decision but every share holder would get a proxy vote.Does this mean he doesn't own 51% of CMKX??
Any thoughts TIA

Well they seem to be balanced and agreeable perspectives from both attendees of the race. I like that they didn't get overly dramatic and both basically said the same thing.
It's obvious that UC is only going to say so much and that we don't have to worry about him saying things he shouldn't. I'm sure R.Glenn has had something to do with that.

I liked the way UC confirmed Zen's theory that if we were to go back and read all the PR's that we would see the answers we were looking for.
