I think Ron means "your business" as ASFX is actually owned by the shareholders and the company and Ron are working on behalf of us the shareholders who are you and the rest of us. We can speculate all we want about mergers, JVs, financing, new product, etc., but we continue to work with the hard dd we have seen to date and most of us see potential here. I think what the email also says is there are a lot of things in the works and some key players and regulatory bodies involved. Bottom line is this company is busy doing something on behalf of the shareholders. Good or bad, we'll find out fairly soon is my best guess.

Well kudo's to Ron for spelling things out folks...but for sure this part here is a glaring clue that no form 10 filing is approachin' any time soon:

"However, this does not suggest that timetables are in any way imminent. It also specifically does not mean that your company has filed any new SEC filings."

And the part about his positive overseas calls probably refers to Tecnimed...so if true they best be providin' some much needed transparency soon as clearly the uncertainty of what the heck is goin' on between Tecnimed, BV & ASFX is NOT somethin' to keep stretchin' out forever without answers of any kind!!!
