The math I did shows the $100,000 with a 60% discount to market using the 63,873,144 shares issued subsequent to Sep 30 would have had to have been sold for an average price of .00261... asfx traded well above that average for months. How many of those shares traded were conversion shares and how many were retail flippers? I don't know, nor do you.

I'm giving the doc a chance to prove himself. I may be wrong, I may be right. Time alone will tell. At least I'm here in good faith and not trying to deliberately mislead for profit as many others do...

"What kind of company does that" LOL that actually made me laugh...but yeah how desperate for cash were they that they did this?? Also if the lawsuit has been/will be resolved in ASFX's favor, why are they issuing shares like their printing press is about to break?
