DUDE! a convertible debtunture thats convertible at any time at 60% below the closing pps is worse than taking a loan from the Mafia. What kind of a company does that? The convertible was only taken out in November of 08 - VERY RECENT. And if you do the math, at 60% below the closing pps - that convertible IMHO has a ways to go before its done.

why even buy the stock when i could just send them a few grand and get an amazing convertible debtunture?!
