Up markets have meant nothing to Cortex.

In fact usually the opposite.I think that more people sell Cortex on an up market day.
Rational thinking would tell me that there is more frustrations when you think everything is going up except Cortex.

Jerry, I know where your coming from. I believe we are both optimistic about upcoming events. I don't believe Cortex will do anything of any real significance until an announcement comes (good or bad). I would like to add more shares and the .20 range has spoiled me. Would you be more motivated to add shares if it jumps up to .50 or goes down to .25? As long as the price is not coming down because of bad news, it works for me.
