#24362 RE: corwatcher #24360

I wonder and maybe the cache and terms of a deal make make a big difference in the reaction in price, but erring on waiting for a transaction might make more sense, I think it'll have a pop and pullback-the problem is as time goes by with sellers in control, it diminishes the likelihood anyone will care. Buyers are often higher in biotech, the German debacle and the RD licensing wait have stalled the interest here to zip near term. Now SA would be a huge catalyst, and ADHD as well because we'll have no problem monetizing good news in either. Roger told me way back when that he thought several large funds would be interested in buying after the RD data assuming it was good, do such funds exist anymore? Do the markets care about illiquid stocks when Citigroup goes from $1 to $3 in a week? These are interesting questions-the one positive is the markets are better and most folks inclined to sell will have sold when ever it is. I believe if we partner, it'll likely be someone who wants to commercialize, motivated and confident they can do it with solid terms, maybe back-ended-I think most other molecules in biotech are such long shots, when you see deals-you wonder.... why? Why can't this be us?. There is no hype here.
