Hi Tom: I recently started using the V-WAVE. I assume it's OK to wait until my regular investment date to adjust the cash reserve instead of adjusting it every time the V-WAVE figure comes out. Is that correct? Also, in a declining market, I won't have to make further adjustments (such as looking for an additional 5% decline before making a sequential buy) because the V-WAVE automatically takes this into account. Is this correct? Many thanks for your continued help.
