Hoover's (www.hoovers.com) has confirmed an auditor is engaged for 2009, so we can expect to see SEC filings soon.

People have e-mailed Media Relations ([e-mail]) - they say lots of publicity in the upcoming months, especially June/July, and participation in upcoming fashion shows

People have called the store - Store is doing very well, and say the online shopping store is under construction as we speak and should be up with 30 days
