I didn't misquote you. You insinuated day before yesterday that the lawyer was hired because CMKX was under investigation by the SEC. I asked you for evidence to back that theory up, and the only evidence you could offer was to ask me , well , what else could it be. I told you my theory was naked shorting, and gave you evidence that was the case ,because Urban had stated off the record to several people that post here and RB that there is a problem with naked shorts.
Now since Urban has signed papers stating these is no SEC investigation, where does that leave your theory?
