Now that is a nice post and staying to the subject of learning thanks alot I always wondered what level II could do for a trader but I was to embarresed to ask. Thanks again this what this board should be about. I will sign up for a level II program now I know what it is about.
You have been a great help can I ask you another dumb question on the subject of OMB numbers for tax purpose's on 13G forms SEC statement 1745(6-10) are we to desregard information on these 13g forms and If that is the case then why in heck would someone have to fill out these forms if the forms were not valid in the first place or is this some kind of test for the ignorant like myself to figuire out the meaning behind it all.
I should of gone back to school after grade eight to learn to spell count in micro numbers and to complete the business course 101.
The convertable dept thing I believe I'm starting to understand how it works in the case of UVSE.OB
