Hi Eddy. Guess what, I have no idea what a form 13G is. LOL. So you see, I am always learning as well .. ;-) Are you an American or Canadian citizen? I really don't have to deal with taxation and the SEC as I am in Canada.

Not all Convertible Debentures (CDs) are bad. Just that they can be, it really comes down to how moral the lenders who will ultimately dictate the rules of the CD, really are. Predatory CDs are what you will see alot of in the world of pink sheet stocks and BB stocks .. they are abused by unscrupulous ppl, such as in the case of UVSE ... if we could have a beer together, you'd figure it out pretty quickly ...LOL
