You evidently didn't read the entire thread regarding 504s because you are quite wrong. You should have, there were only 3 or 4 posts on the subject.

The Mar 2 PR stated the OS was 5 BILLION. but they intended to adjust it to 1.2 BILLION. As of today, it is still 5 BILLION. There has been plenty of time to file a change with the Nevada SOS and have it recorded. They have not done so. The AS is 5 BILLION until you prove otherwise. "Facts, not intentions." "Performance, not promises."

Auth is what the March 2 pr states until you have proof otherwise!

As long as they finalize the purchase of the Halal plant and move things forward, I have no problem with the share activity.

Isn't the purpose of the market to help companies raise money for expanding and growth?

The reason the past doesn't matter is the other people that were involved are gone and the acquisition being made has a long history of profitability, will allow for the company to be relisted on OTCBB and allow for the share price to increase dramatically.

$1m is 10b shares at .0001

Rule 504 provides an exemption for the offer and sale of up to $1,000,000 of securities in a 12-month period.
