You evidently didn't read the entire thread regarding 504s because you are quite wrong. You should have, there were only 3 or 4 posts on the subject.
The Mar 2 PR stated the OS was 5 BILLION. but they intended to adjust it to 1.2 BILLION. As of today, it is still 5 BILLION. There has been plenty of time to file a change with the Nevada SOS and have it recorded. They have not done so. The AS is 5 BILLION until you prove otherwise. "Facts, not intentions." Auth is what the March 2 pr states until you have proof otherwise!
