Amr: NOKIA's right to look at everything goes to the heart of the issue. And the court was involved in sealing the documents and preventing NOKIA from looking at everything. That's the difference it makes.
My take on all this so far is that we will ultimately get a blended rate, but it won't happen anytime soon, and maybe not even my January 2005. That's why we're down today, and we may go lower.
