NOK intended to pay IDCC nothing from the beginning. Before, when NOK was successful, their actions were ruthless. Now that they stumbled, they are desperate. The best thing ERICY can do now is not let the delaying process proceed any furhter. The 1 or 2 percent that IDCC will get for 2 and 3 G is a competitive edge for ERICY going forward. ERICY has already streamlined and positioned itself for 3G success. NOK, IMO, is headed for a world of corporate hurt and downsizing.
The fear in the market about IDCC is somewhat understandable, but the end is near and IDCC will get paid. The most doubt ususally occurs near the end. This delay can not go on forever. I firmly believe that this is the end game. It's not clean or easy, but the end is near and we will prevail.
Respect takes time to build and sustain. Once we have it and all pay 2G and 3G to IDCC, the future will be VERY bright.
