Why, NOK said at the time they would live with the out come. Now why is that not "understandable." ?????????????????
Dave, what IDCC represented to the court was that there was not currently any legal proceedings concerning these patents with any third parties. Since the arbitration did not commence until after the settlement, what IDCC represented as in fact true, although not totally open. The above is from my memory of what I had read in the past.
