How do you figure that? CMKX will be flowing through the 7.5 million shares they are supposed to receive to its shareholders - CMKX won't own any part of UCAD cause they won't own any shares of UCAD. Secondly, 7.5 mil shares in no way shape or form gives anyone control of UCAD.
