I believe we do own UCAD but not just 49%,
More like the MAJORITY of UCAD. ALSO the
SHARES of CMI (not CIM) will be trading on
the open market very shortly. This will have
a big impact over all as well for the real
longs who had them. They were issued on 9/12/03
in a 1/1 split of CMKM. IMO LOL
