If you are referring to the news, about a year and a half ago or so, that ACTC had found a way to remove a cell from an early embryo without killing the embryo... it was all a lie! When the research was published in peer-reviewed, scientific journal, it turned out that 100% of the embryos had died. ACTC responded by saying that "they were pretty sure they could do it without killing the embryo and that's what they really meant". I remember very well because I was in the middle of teaching a biotechnology chapter in my college biology class and I used ACTC as an example of dishonest reporting.
