dmiller, Marchma as well as TC said the Apple license was for a fixed fee and it appears they are right. The only thing we could add to Apple is what revenues we got from the Infineon stack.
Your comment, "So far it seems like IDCC is not getting anywhere close to $2.00 a handset." is wrong as wrong could be.
The most recent comment Merritt made was they are receiving a little less than $2.00 a handset.
What you and the rest of the investors forget is this is an average per handset and some are paying more than others but the fact remains Merritt's words speak the truth and only what he knows.
