The only negative? It is The negative.
In fact even if they don't dilute, it will be expected and many will get out and run the pps down.
I have been there done that and even had this same conversation before others started trading. It has never turned out well for me. Heck the only rteason to rs is to make the pps more attractive. Why be more attractive unless you wanted to sell stock. The sell button will be on.

There was no huge buying before trading halted. The insidres didn't even buy.


I wish you are right because I am still a shareholder.

Well it looks like you now have all of OneFi as opposed to a small piece so maybe it will fare better.
