So, I see everyone's negativity surrounds the premise that ONFI is going to dilute like RDWG did... HMMMM...

Is there any other negatives???

The statement in the filings can be taken 2 ways... the first is more dilution... the second is that they are simply stating that management will be receiving shares as part of the merger agreement and that it is to be done at their discretion...

Of course, as always, there will be a boat load of different views concerning what anyone says regardless of how they say it...
