I think the perception has been stated quite well by several people on this message board. And who said anything was a big deal other than Walsh? I will consider news "earth shattering" when HRCT gets their financial house in order. That will be three quarters after they report in a timely manner to the market. . .and only "whisper numbers" are circulating on the streets.
