I agree with your logic as it pertains to your assumptions of where this stock will go long term. Having more info on the OS and exploratory finds will give us more transparency and the true value of this stock. Stock prices are mere reflections of the sum total investors perceptions/assumptions. Thus they can be overvalued or undervalued. Soros and Buffet made their wealth by determining this before the rest did. The problem is that the huge NS dilutes and depresses the stock price unnaturally, hence real damage. Taking them out will restore the fair playing field.
I'm all for you having a big HIT with this stock and more power to you. But it's never a straight line up. I'm not sure what the long term future holds for CMKX, it really does depend upon what you want...more transparency with their info. But I'm much more positive that there is a short term play here. If I'm correct in my assumptions, then my APR will be enormous also because I'll move on to find the next play.
