The MMs know the potential value of the CMKX acreage and Roger does too. I know, Red knows, and TZX Miner knows. It's called the grapevine or old boys' network. All of these are business people and cover all the bases. And Rick Walker knows. All you have to do is follow the price of SGF, UCA, and KPG. I doubt if Urbie has a hole card. The short squeeze or a very low O/S are what will do it for CMKX. Sorry guys but that is my opinion.
