Yah .. that is one of the points here. How much leeway do Pink Sheet companies have ? The filing of insider trading reports are now due 72 hours after the trade. Whether we get to see them is another matter. And now that you mention this I would say that sales by the company DIRECTLY into the market would certainly come into the insider category. How insider can you get ?? LOL. We need an expert opinion here eh ?
