That is a good post jalexand.
People often tend to overlook the obvious. In this case the position of JEFF is obvious .. sell, sell, sell. Your thoughts are probably correct that a deal has been cut to slowly let the shorters off the hook .. meanwhile benefitting the company bank account, the insiders, and eventually guys like me in at 6. I guess I'll dig a little to confirm to myself that a company cannot just sell directly into the market whenever it feels like it. Janice sez it can. Are there no other knowledgeable members here who can tell us about this ? My opinion stands .. that, if indeed they can sell directly into the market the Nasd and/or the S E C would have to be notified in writing and SOME type of documentation filed. I acknowledge that they are non reporting but in this case I cannot rationalize how they can instruct their T A to prepare certs for delivery to JEFF with the intention of selling into the public market. The mechanics alone and the internal paper work and recording of the transaction are difficult for me to comprehend. You know .. Directors' resolutions and the like. Quite frankly I have never heard of this being done. If it is indeed true it is a BEAUTIFUL easy way for a company to finance its operations. Create a demand and fill it .. the funds go to the bank account. Hmmmm.
