No there will not be a change in the share structure. We are not doing a reverse split. We do not plan on doing a reverse split anytime soon. We can get the stock price up without doing a split. We are doing a reverse merger.

There is only 80,000,000 shares in the float. We will be purchasing most of the shares ourselves. I owned a company call Cyber Group Network from 2001 to 2003 and I took it from .25 to $13. Yes it was a different economy then, but I can bring it up from a penny to .10 very easily. The reason it is trading at .0001 is that the company (Intelligent Sports) is out of business. They have no revenues, no employees not nothing. We are a real company, with real revenue and 3 offices.

Exactly. People need to be careful when they go around calling people "liars." I may not post often on here but I read this board and I'm still a shareholder. I was one of those people who did receive an email and never lied about anything.
