actually is good sign, means/implies will be registered company, he and the other exce management team and B of D (and 5% holders) will be filing form 3's and keeping everyone up to date with 4's and 5's and 8-K's along the way - really is very un-pinklike - that is great.
maybe also help clear up what the acquisition transactions that resulted in his restricted shares looks like also.
to any of the long term posters/Mods - are there posts/links that describe this where the B of D cut a deal with greg and got shareholder authority to do the transaction or anything like that??? not negative, just have not seen it and your combined meory will be quicker to get the posts/links than a slog through the posts!
