Maybe the dividend of UCAD shares is a nice way of saying thanks before merging 100:1. Just a reality check. Works both ways nice for the shareholders getting a nice div on their cmkx positions. But can't move forward because the numbers are too big for even UCAD to forward split. I sure hope your theory is right. I don't like the other one.

PB1973, my guess is they would do a forward split on UCAD shares so that there is a 1:1 swap with all CMKX shares.
