This iHub Company Board ...

ROCKITT,

ERIC: Take it to the NOK board will ya?

No, I will not, unless either Jim Lurgio or Matt Brown asks me to, or tells me to. A short PM from either will suffice if they feel I've overstepped either my bounds or posting privileges, or post too frequently or too off topic, but they can also address me publicly, if they feel it is more beneficial to the general population of the board.

You yourself, (or any other, can click on the "Report TOS Violation" button on any post of mime that you feel violates the iHub TOS.

I have seldom introduced the Nokia topic on this board, but I will address misinformation or disinformation, or clarify information on any company board in any forum, about any investment I hold and am familiar with, and mindful of the board charter and the forum's TOS.

Time permitting I will also respond to questions in posts directly posted to me, to the best of my ability to do so.

Nokia is a frequently introduced topic on this board, and for good reason. They happen to be a singularly important unsigned prospective licensee for 3G and a licensee for 2G, and possibly for InterDigital Services. They are, of course, also engaged in prolonged litigation with InterDigital.

I realize that you do not have access to iHub's ignore feature but if you spot my name at the top of a post, a fast scroll through will probably save you some angst.

<< I can do my own DD on stocks that have nothing to do with my investment here without your help, thank you very much. >>

You're entirely welcome.

rockitt, As Nokia is now the main target of IDCC's licensing department the pros and cons of Nokia should be considered on topic.

I agree rockitt! There is a limit to what is pertinent to IDCC. Eric has contributed some interesting info regarding handsets, to fill the gaps I guess.

Besides... if he took it to the Nokia board, at least the iHub NOK board, he would be talking to himself, LOL!

rockitt,

As gatticaa suggested, is there increasing pressure on Nokia to settle with IDCC? We can all agree that the negotiations with Nokia is the single most important issue for IDCC and IDCC investors. Like you, I do not care if Nokia is in good or bad financial health, as long as Nokia can pay IDCC and I do not think there is any doubt that Nokia can pay IDCC. However, it is quite clear that Nokia wants to cut expenses as much as possible. To settle with IDCC would save millions in legal fees.

Hello Rockitt:

I remember you from the old, old days. Hope all is well.
I didn't realize that ole bobsil's response to Eric's continued pontificating hit such a nerve with some posters here. My post was quickly deleted by Jimlur, and Jim was correct to do so.
But, I will continue to show up when I believe an individual is here with an agenda that I believe to be contrary to the good of IDCC.
I've been invested in this stock for far too long to just sit back and listen to "90 day wonders" who I don't believe to be entirely trustworthy, and who I believe do not have IDCC's best interest at heart.
I'm still optimistic that us oldtimers can all get together someday in the not too distant future for the Houston 100!

Best to all longs,
Bob
