Dude nobody's arguing that Nok is in poor finacial health. However, what is being stated that the corporate world has proven over and over again that they have the ability to cook the books. Posting Nok's financials doesn't prove anything. As a holder of IDCC stock I'm pretty sure I speak for most I hope Nok has all the loot they state they have and fork over what is owed to IDCC.

For some here, that's sort of like Allen Iverson responding to the word practice (as in would he be attending consistently and on time) when queried by the local Philadelphia media, several coaches after Larry Brown's departure, when the recently departed Mo Cheeks took the Sixers helm ... "practice? Practice? PRACTICE? Are we talking PRACTICE?" <ggg>

Heck, we've even already heard about their "ability to cook the books" from what could only be a CPA and CFA versed in both IFRS and GAAP as well as financial engineering, although I do SINCERELY give the gent credit for filling out his iHub profile and enjoying basketball and golf, the former a favorite pasttime of mine till I was ~30 and the latter ever since, and apparently for serving our country in the Navy. Kudos!
