The company has started an ambitious plan and announcements will be coming soon. The authorized shares are 900 million and the outstanding are about 15 million. The company is not a serial diluter. It has had 100 million authorized for the last 4 years and still only has 15 million outstanding. I hear the trading float may be as little as 500,000 shares. This has huge upside potential.
